The Four Pillars
The framework rests on four pillars:
- Breath — deep, even, fine, long breathing is the root of everything.
- Movement — gentle guiding movements to keep qi and blood flowing.
- Stillness — seated stillness and watching the breath.
- Nourishment — the daily rhythm of food, sleep, and routine.
