Stacking rules
- Subscribers buying one-off courses automatically receive a discount (Basic 10% / Pro 20% / Master 30%).
- One-off courses can be replayed permanently, or scoped to 1–3 years per course.
- Bootcamps are recommended to have a validity window (e.g., 90 days) for operations and re-runs.
Refund policy
This is a draft; subject to Association legal review and HK consumer regulations.
- Subscription: 7-day no-questions-asked refund on the first purchase (with unused course data); renewals are non-refundable.
- One-off courses: unwatched = full refund within 7 days; watched ≤ 30% = 50% refund; watched > 30% = non-refundable.
- Bootcamps: 100% refund up to 7 days before start; non-refundable after the bootcamp begins (resources are reserved).
Notes
- Price changes require Super Admin approval and an audit-log entry.
- Active subscribers are not affected by price changes during the current subscription period.
- Mainland China users follow CNY pricing via WeChat / Alipay (M2+).
- Overseas users use USD via Stripe; HK locally HKD.
