1. Scope
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone using DiaryX.cn (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Service description
The Platform is the natural healing learning and membership service operated by the Hong Kong Natural Healing Association, providing courses, practice plans, an AI learning assistant, community features, and an agency system. The Platform does not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment services.
3. Accounts and responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration information, safeguard your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. If your account is compromised, contact diaryx@doorm.ai immediately.
4. Content and copyright
Original courses, videos, visuals, and articles produced by the Association are owned by the Association. Personal materials supplied by invited experts remain the property of the individual expert; the Association uses them within the scope of authorization. No reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is permitted without written authorization.
5. User-uploaded content
You authorize the Association to use the practice videos, text, images, and other content you upload solely for the purposes of providing AI coach feedback and your personal learning diary. The use is internal only. The Association will not publicly distribute or share such content with third parties without your separate authorization.
6. Payment and refunds
Pricing for subscriptions and one-off courses, and refund rules, are described on the Pricing page. All payments are processed through compliant channels such as Stripe, WeChat Pay, or Alipay. Card and equivalent sensitive data never enter the Association's servers.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Platform for illegal activity, disseminate unreviewed medical claims, sell services that the Association has not authorized, harass other users, or upload infringing or inappropriate content.
8. Termination and suspension
The Association may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. For serious violations of law, the Association reserves the right to pursue further legal remedies.
9. Limits of liability
All Platform content is for learning and research only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or any guarantee of therapeutic effect. For any physical or mental health concerns please consult licensed healthcare professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Association is not liable for outcomes resulting from your independent actions taken in reliance on Platform content.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably, and otherwise referred to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) or a court designated by the Association.
11. Updates
The Association may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced on the Platform 30 days in advance and communicated by email.
