Three principles while you practise:

  1. Within your means — comfort over intensity, always.
  2. Consistency — ten minutes daily beats an occasional hour.
  3. Follow the body — stop at any discomfort; see a doctor when needed.

Beginning with a calm mind is the best start of all.
